Information we collect
SignalPoint Access Intelligence collects information you submit through the website, including contact details and business information provided in a Market Entry Snapshot request. When you download a report, we collect your email address, the report requested, the date and time of the request, basic technical information used for security and rate limiting, and whether you separately chose to receive marketing communications.
How we use information
We use submitted information to provide requested reports, respond to inquiries, assess potential consulting engagements, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. We send marketing communications only when you provide separate, optional consent.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, process form submissions, store business records and deliver email. These providers may process information on our behalf only as required to provide their services. Our current infrastructure includes Vercel and Supabase.
Retention
Operational article-download records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for security, legal or business-record purposes. Inquiry records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Marketing-consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn or they are no longer required.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. You may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. We do not sell personal information.
